It all started with a chair. Well, I guess it really started with the mailman who dropped an Annie Selke catalog in my mailbox. (Thanks, man.) It seemed like a normal day. I had just sat down with Jake on the couch to sip some coffee and sift through the mail when suddenly, I flipped open the aforementioned catalog to a page that read Tradition with a Twist—unapologetically feminine. Bold, beautiful, balanced. AND I FREAKED OUT. I mean, right?! It was just a simply beautiful statement. One that I was like man, that was so pretty, while at the same time feeling like YOU’RE DAMN RIGHT! I’M A GIRL! AND I LIKE PINK! WHAT OF IT?!
