I have a deep love for Anthropologie. I’ve spent years happily perusing their online and IRL shops, gazing at the beautiful dresses, denim, shoes and ohhh, the earrings! Their bridal brand, BHLDN, is also very special to me as I thank them for making me feel like a real bride.

And their home items – squeal! I decorated our downtown Austin Airbnb with products from their home collection. Scott also just bought me this amazing brass raccoon table lamp and I plan to throw a party the day it arrives.

Gah, I love this season so hard. I’m that person who LOVES to watch people open the gifts I give them. 19 Cute Sweaters Under $100

For the past few weeks, I’ve been waking up and pulling on a sweater although I live in LA and it’s still hot out. I make it about halfway through me and Jake’s walk until I am frantically pulling it off because as I mentioned earlier, it is still hawt. I realize it’s not quiiiite sweater weather, but I just feel like maybe I can will it to happen. Maybe if we all work together and pull on sweaters, the universe will be all like OH SHOOT, I FORGOT, YOU’RE RIGHT, HERE’S YOUR COLD WEATHER, YOU WHINEY BABIES. Ahem. ALL OF THE DRESSES

There’s this thing that happens when I walk into Anthropologie. Joy overcomes me. All the colors. All the fabrics. All the textures. ALL OF THE DRESSES. A warm and fuzzy feeling runs up my body from my toes to my forehead. Then before I know it, I’m spinning through the store singing the main song from the movie Beaches at the tops of my lungs while the shop manager picks up the phone to call the mall police and women pick up their small children and back out of the store slowly.
